He spent five years working for PwC, becoming an Audit Manager, and had clients ranging from major PLC’s to small owner managed businesses, in industries as diverse as retail, manufacturing and financial services.

After leaving PwC Chris spent over eight years working in industry for three market-leading global businesses in a variety of senior financial and commercial roles. During this time he gained hands-on experience of a wide range of activities which he uses to really add value to our clients’ businesses; financial planning and analysis, strategic planning, business planning and forecasting, cash flow and working capital management, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and business performance improvement.

We are a member firm of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
in England & Wales (ICAEW).

Anyone can call themselves an accountant, even if they have never done any formal training. To become a chartered accountant you have to pass a series of tough examinations covering financial management, auditing, business strategy, taxation and IT, as well as training for at least three years with an organisation that is registered with the ICAEW.

As a member firm of the ICAEW we have to meet strict criteria with regards to on-going training and skills development. We also have to follow the Institute’s bye-laws, regulations, standards, and Code of Ethics, as well as being required to have professional indemnity insurance. The Institute also has a complaints procedure so that any dispute can be properly investigated.

Knowing that we are a member firm of the ICAEW gives you the peace of mind that you can rely on the advice we give you. You can find out more about the ICAEW on the ICAEW website or search for our listing on the ICAEW Firms website
